Late Registration is open. Any new persons added will include a $50 late registration fee. If you have questions, please contact the Western National Roundup office.

Registration Information

Required Forms & Paperwork

To include with your registration packet:

• Media Release - All participants at Roundup must sign (or have their parent/guardian sign) the photo release form and include it as part of their registration.
• Health Form (you may use your own state health form if you like, but a form for each attendee must be turned in as part of your packet!)
• Your Printed and Signed Authorization Form

Each person—including guests—registering for Western National Roundup must choose one of the following participation types:

Consumer Decision Making: Contestant, Coach or Guest

FCS Bowl: Contestant, Coach or Guest

(For registration, "Guests" are non-delegates, non-contestants: parents, siblings, and friends are "Guests")

All those in attendance at Western National Roundup must register for one of the following Attendance Packages:

Photo Package Information

The Roundup Photo Package, included for all contestants, includes:

• Exclusive access to all photos taken during Roundup. Be sure to provide a good e-mail address at registration; your login information for the photos web site will be sent via e-mail!
• Events photographed: Apex Center, Trail Dust Steak House, Friday Banquet, Friday Dance, Amazing Jakes, Awards, Meals, Workshops, and as many contests as two on-site photographers can get to. (Tours will not be photographed.)
• Special photographs: State Photos, taken immediately after the Friday opening banquet; Awards Photos, taken after the Sunday awards banquets. For the awards photos please know that all competing teams and individuals are invited to pose together (optionally with their coaches) for team photos regardless of placings.
• Up to four digital high resolution masters. Choose up to four high resolution digital archive masters from your state and awards photos. These digital files are too large to be placed on a website; access will be granted via a special request form on the photos site. We recommend placing your digital masters onto a jump drive or CD-ROM and having a professional photo service make prints at 8x10 or larger on glossy, high quality photo paper. More information and suggested retailers will be listed on the photos website.

Optional Packages and Activities to Choose during Registration

These activities are open to all Western National Roundup participants, coaches, parents and guests and will appear on the registration forms as options for everyone. These items are optional and are not required!

E Colorado State University - $50

Please Note: Tour D (the Ski Trip) is handled separately from our online registration system. All attending the Ski Trip must (1) complete the separate ski trip form found on this website for each person going skiing, and (2) send the ski forms for your group, along with a separate check payable to the 'Colorado Ski Academy' and mail your ski packet directly to the Colorado Ski Academy. Do not pay for the ski tour through our registration system; the ski fee is not part of Roundup registration and we are unable to pay them directly.

Night at Apex Center Wednesday Evening - $35 per person

Each participant wishing to attend the Apex activities on Wednesday evening will need to pre-register through the Roundup registration. An incredible site, the Apex Center features a huge swimming area complete with water slides, hot tubs and a clubhouse-like "pump station" that sprays water from every conceivable angle. The 23,500-square-foot aquatics area, with five separate components, has the look and feel of a resort indoor water park.

Trail Dust Steakhouse: Thursday Evening - $40 per person without transportation or $50 per person with transportation

Each participant wishing to have dinner at the Trail Dust Steakhouse on Thursday will need to pre-register through the Roundup registration. The Trail Dust is known for its fun and relaxed atmosphere... they even cut off your tie! You'll begin with a complete Western Dinner which includes your choice of Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast, 14 oz. T-bone or 8 oz. Prime Rib, Double House Salad with Veggie Kabob, "Scout" Top Sirloin Burger or Cheeseburger; sides and drinks. In addition, there will be time allowed for the Pin Swap and getting to know everyone along with dancing to the live band at the Trail Dust.
No refunds will be given for this event if cancelled after December 10
Prime Rib will have to be pre-ordered through Roundup registration

Sweatshirts: $30

Hoodies will be white heather with the Roundup logo on the front left pocket area and a colorful "A Night With The Stars" Roundup theme on the back. Sweatshirts come in adult sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL. Pre-ordering is necessary as there will be very few sweatshirts in stock at Roundup. Please note that this is an optional cost to each participant and more than one hoodie can be purchased at a time.

Late Registration Fee: $50 per person

Registration is open from October 6 to December 1. A $50 per person late registration fee will automatically be added to all registrations entered from December 1 to December 10. Registration will close at midnight December 10.
