Registration/entry forms are to be completed on-line and an official authorization form must be printed and then signed by the respective state 4-H leader and mailed with full payment to:

Important dates to remember:

October 7: On-line registration opens
November 30: Late registration begins ($50 per person)
December 10: Registration closes

Please see the website for a schedule and list of all activities held during Western National Roundup. These activities are open to all Roundup participants, coaches, and parents and will be part of the registration. Review the registration information page for full details.

Lodging:

The headquarters hotel for this event will be the Renaissance Denver Hotel, 3801 Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80207; (303) 399-7500. Special rates are available for all participants. Please refer to the hotel section of this website for hotel information, rates and reservation form. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by December 10.
